Returns
Merchandise that is defective upon receipt may be returned for a full credit. Merchandise received as part of an incorrect order may be returned or exchanged within 30 days if it is in resale condition. Please note, Freight damaged merchandise cannot be returned. The recipient will need to file a freight damaged claim with the freight carrier.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 90 calendar days from the order delivery date to return the product to receive a refund. Please contact Customer Service to initiate a Return Authorization. Mueller Sports Medicine does not pay for shipping costs for returns.

Returns will only be accepted if the product is returned by its original purchaser with a copy of the receipt and if the product was ordered and processed by Mueller Sports Medicine.

Mueller Sports Medicine will issue a credit once the item is received and inspected.

 · Returned REVIVEs must include the original packaging and be in good working condition.

· Any returns showing signs of wear or being soiled in any way will be deemed "unacceptable" and you will be notified.

· Your refund will initiate within 7-10 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.

· Mueller will only allow returns and refunds on product if all REVIVE related items included in your order are returned.

· Mueller Sports Medicine is not responsible for any lost product during shipping. 


 
All returns and exchanges require a return authorization from Mueller Sports Medicine. Any product returned to us without the return authorization number written clearly on the outside of the package will be refused and shipped back to the sender.
